In recent years, the PA delegateion has not met its quota. For this reason, we accepted anyone who wished to be a delegate who was in good standing and participated in state and/or local level.   With the upcoming national general assembly and conference being in Pittsburg next year, we forsee an increased interest.   For this reason we are sending out the portion of our Standard Operating Procedures that outlines who is eligible to be a delegate and the process involved.
